You might remember that back in November, LEGO made an official announcement saying they were no longer accepting Legend of Zelda-related designs via their LEGO Ideas website. This led many to believe that Nintendo and LEGO were finally working together on an official Legend of Zelda LEGO set. Fast-forward to today, and it seems word has leaked from Nintendo and LEGO collaborating to bring Link and more to life as LEGO.
While nothing is official at this time, a round of confidential images has hit the web, along with some details on a Legend of Zelda LEGO release. Here’s what we know about the supposed set so far…
- 2-in-1 set featuring the Great Deku Tree
- build the Great Deku Tree from Ocarina of Time or Breath of the Wild
- 1920 pieces
- includes Ocarina of Time Link, as well as Breath of the Wild Link/Zelda
Again, not confirmed so far, but the images floating around along with the details do seem to be legit. Now we sit back and wait to see if Nintendo or LEGO makes an announcement!
