The singer’s gown will make your head spin.
Noah Cyrus turned heads at Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday, Jan. 25 with her outstanding look!
The singer, 23, attended the Viktor & Rolf Haute Couture Spring Summer 2023 show in Paris, France and her look did not disappoint!
Cyrus’ trippy floor-length gown could almost make you feel dizzy among its many layers and fabrics. The off-the-shoulder ensemble featured a ruffly top that went across her chest and over her arms as well as a hem of black feathers around the bottom.
A checkered pattern full of gray and blue colors appeared throughout the dress along with a circular pattern in the middle that replicated a disco ball and a crescent moon all in one.

As for the singer’s glam, she went for a simple look with bleached eyebrows and light lipstick with minimal eye makeup. She straightened her long black locks and pushed her hair behind her.
Cyrus is among many other celebrities who have hopped on the optical illusion dress train, including model Ashley Graham who donned a head-spinning dress back in December that appeared to be painted on her skin.
The “July” songstress has made her mark this year at Paris Fashion Week as she stepped out yesterday, Jan. 24 with yet another head-turning look that barely covered her breasts, according to E! News.
Cyrus donned a Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture design that featured a tight long-sleeve black plunging dress that swooped down to her belly button, along with a large chain-link that went around her neck and just slightly covered her breasts. Her look also incorporated a long train that swept the floor as she walked the streets of Paris.
Cyrus accessorized her look with black strappy heels and black sheer pantyhose. She kept the same bleached eyebrows as before and wore minimal makeup.
Keep these iconic looks coming, Miss Cyrus!
